- 1 (8.25 ounce) can sliced beets, drained and diced
- 1 (15 ounce) can cut green beans, drained
- 1 large Granny Smith apple - peeled, cored and diced
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- Combine the beets, green beans and apple in a serving bowl. Stir in olive oil and vinegar. Chill for 1 hour before serving. Serve cold.
