- 2 cloves roasted garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 3/4 cup crumbled blue cheese (such as Maytag)
- Combine buttermilk, mayonnaise, Greek yogurt, milk, lemon juice, black pepper, roasted garlic, and salt in a blender; blend until smooth.
- Pour buttermilk mixture into a container; fold in blue cheese. Cover and keep refrigerated.
