- 3/4 cup Old Fashioned Quaker® Oats
- 1 cup finely shredded carrots
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 cup dates, pitted and chopped
- 1/3 cup finely chopped almonds
- 1/3 cup coconut flakes
- Stir together first 5 ingredients.
- Form the dough into tablespoon-sized balls, dip in coconut flakes, and refrigerate an hour before eating.
