- 1 cup coconut water
- 2 tablespoons pineapple juice
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1/4 cup chopped pineapple
- Blend coconut water, pineapple juice, and chia seeds together in a blender. Set mixture aside until chia seeds expand, about 30 minutes. Top mixture with chopped pineapple to serve.
