Ingredients

  • 1 cucumber, sliced into thin strips
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon sambal oelek (chile paste) (optional)
  • 1 pinch red pepper flakes, or to taste
  • salt to taste


Directions

  1. Mix cucumber, cilantro, lime juice, garlic, sambal oelek, red pepper flakes and salt together in a bowl until evenly combined; allow to sit until flavors blend, at least 10 minutes.
