- 2 cups milk
- 1/2 cup evaporated milk
- 1 (3.5 ounce) package instant chocolate pudding mix
- 1/4 cup white sugar
- Beat milk, evaporated milk, instant pudding, and sugar in a bowl until thoroughly combined. Pour into ice pop molds and freeze until firm, about 3 hours.
