- Filling:
- 4 cups sliced apples
- 2 cups cranberries
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 3 tablespoons Truvia® Baking Blend
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1 1/2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- Topping:
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 3 tablespoons Truvia® Baking Blend
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 1/2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon molasses
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
- Place apples and cranberries in a large bowl; add water, lemon juice, Truvia(R)Baking Blend, flour, cinnamon and nutmeg; toss to coat the fruit.
- Spray 9 x 9-inch baking dish with non-stick spray; place fruit mixture in dish.
- In a separate bowl, combine topping ingredients; stir to form crumbly mixture.
- Sprinkle crumb mixture on top of fruit.
- Bake 35 to 40 minutes until apples are tender.
