Ingredients

  • 1 (8 ounce) package reduced-fat cream cheese, softened
  • 1 bunch fresh cilantro
  • 1 jalapeno pepper
  • 2 cloves garlic, or to taste
  • 1 tomato, chopped


Directions

  1. Place cream cheese in a bowl.
  2. Pulse cilantro, jalapeno pepper, and garlic in a food processor or blender until finely chopped. Add chopped mixture to the cream cheese; blend with a hand mixer until smooth. Fold tomatoes into cream cheese dip.
