Ingredients

  • 2 large tomatoes, diced
  • 1 large cucumber, quartered
  • 1/4 cup sour cream, or to taste
  • 2 1/2 teaspoons balsamic vinaigrette dressing (such as Wish-Bone®)
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon finely chopped fresh dill
  • 4 pinches garlic salt with parsley (such as Lawry's®)
  • salt and ground black pepper to taste


Directions

  1. Combine tomatoes and cucumbers in a bowl. Add sour cream, balsamic vinaigrette, lemon juice, dill, and garlic salt; stir. Season with salt and ground pepper.
