- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 1 (1 ounce) package ranch dressing mix
- lime, juiced
- Blend buttermilk, green chilies, mayonnaise, jalapeno pepper, cilantro, garlic, ranch dressing mix, and lime juice in a food processor or blender until mostly smooth.
