- 1 1/2 pounds sweet potatoes, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
- 1 pound pork, cut into 1-inch squares
- 1 (15 ounce) can diced tomatoes with green chile peppers
- 1/4 cup orange juice
- 1 1/2 tablespoons lime juice
- 2 cloves garlic, pressed
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro, or to taste
- Mix sweet potatoes, pork, diced tomatoes with green chile peppers, orange juice, lime juice, garlic, cumin, salt, and black pepper together in a slow cooker.
- Cook on Low for 6 hours. Garnish with cilantro.
