- 1 cucumber, cubed
- 1 tomato, cubed
- 3 stalks celery, cubed
- 1 (3.25 ounce) can sliced black olives, drained
- 1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese
- 1/2 cup red wine vinegar
- Place the cucumber, tomato, celery, black olives, and blue cheese in a mixing bowl. Pour in the red wine, mix, and you're done!
