Dad's Beef and Chive Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 (16 ounce) container sour cream and chive dip
  • 1 (16 ounce) container sour cream
  • 2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onion, or more to taste
  • 1 (2 ounce) package dried beef, cut into squares
  • 1 (8 ounce) package shredded mild Cheddar cheese


Directions

  1. Mix the sour cream and chive dip, sour cream, and cream cheese together in a large bowl.
  2. Fold the green onion, dried beef, and Cheddar cheese into the cream cheese mixture.
  3. Cover dip with plastic wrap and refrigerate until set, at least 1 hour.
