- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup finely chopped green onion
- 1/2 teaspoon prepared yellow mustard
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- 1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 6 hard-boiled eggs, peeled and chopped
- Stir mayonnaise, green onion, mustard, salt, garlic powder, paprika, and black pepper together in a bowl until smooth; add eggs and gently mix to coat in the mayonnaise mixture.
