Easy Flake Chicken

Ingredients

  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1 cup milk
  • 3 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves - cut into cubes
  • 1 cup crushed corn flake cereal crumbs


Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
  2. In a small cup combine the salt, pepper, olive oil and milk. Mix well and pour the mixture into a 9x13 inch baking dish. Add the cubed chicken and cover with cornflake crumbs. Bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes, until the crumbs are crisp.
