- 1 1/2 cups fresh basil leaves
- 1 cup sun-dried tomatoes, or to taste
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2/3 cup olive oil
- 1/2 cup pine nuts
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 lemon, juiced
- salt and ground black pepper to taste
- Blend basil leaves, tomatoes, Parmesan cheese, olive oil, pine nuts, and garlic together in a blender until a smooth paste forms. Stir in lemon juice; season with salt and black pepper.
