- 2 large garlic cloves

- 1 medium white onion, quartered
- 1/2 cup fresh cilantro leaves
- 1 jalapeno, stemmed and quartered (or more to taste)
- 1/2 teaspoon natural cane sugar, or to taste
- Kosher salt, to taste
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1 (14.5 ounce) can whole tomatoes, drained
- Place first eight ingredients in Oster(R) Versa(R) Performance Blender in order listed. Add remaining can of tomatoes.
- Select programmed DIP/SALSA setting.
