Ingredients

  • 1 (15 ounce) can peach slices
  • 3/4 cup vanilla fat-free yogurt
  • 1/2 cup fat free milk
  • 1/2 cup fresh or frozen unsweetened strawberries
  • 1 packet Classic French Vanilla Flavor CARNATION BREAKFAST ESSENTIALS® LIGHT START™ Complete Nutritional Drink


Directions

  1. Place peaches, yogurt, milk, strawberries and Carnation Breakfast Essentials Drink in blender; cover. Blend until almost smooth.
  2. Pour into 13 x 9-inch baking dish. Freeze, stirring with fork every 20 to 30 minutes to break up ice crystals, for 2 hours or until slushy. With ice cream scoop, scoop into small serving bowls.
