- 2 cooked, boneless chicken breast halves, chopped
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 4 tablespoons cole slaw dressing
- 1/2 lemon, juiced
- 1 stalk celery, chopped
- salt and pepper to taste
- In a food processor, combine the chicken, mayonnaise, coleslaw dressing, lemon juice and celery.
- Blend until well mixed. Season with salt and pepper to taste and refrigerate until chilled.
