Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons hot pepper sauce (such as Frank's RedHot®)
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 pinch salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste


Directions

  1. Mix the hot pepper sauce, soy sauce, and Worcestershire sauce together in a bowl; season to taste with salt and black pepper, and pour over steak of your choice. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for a minimum of 30 minutes.
