- 2 cups soy sauce
- 2 cups water
- 2 tablespoons cider vinegar
- 6 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons ground ginger
- Stir the soy sauce, water, cider vinegar, garlic, and ginger together in a bowl. Allow meat to marinate for at least 30 minutes before cooking.
