- 1/2 cup tahini
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
- 2 teaspoons minced garlic, or to taste
- 1 teaspoon vinegar
- salt and ground black pepper to taste
- Combine water, yogurt, tahini, lemon juice, olive oil, parsley, garlic, vinegar, salt, and pepper in a large bowl; whisk until sauce is a little runny but still coats a spoon.
