  • 3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Italian seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon-style prepared mustard
  • 1 tablespoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
