- 4 avocados - peeled, pitted and diced
- 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
- 2 (16 ounce) containers cottage cheese
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 (3 ounce) can chopped green chile peppers
- 1/4 cup salsa
- 2 tablespoons garlic salt
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- salt and pepper to taste
- Place the avocados into a mixing bowl; mash with a fork. Mix in cream cheese, cottage cheese, onion, chili peppers, and salsa. Season with garlic salt, lemon juice, and salt and pepper.
