Ingredients

  • 1 head cauliflower, cut into bite-size pieces
  • 1 bunch green onions, thinly sliced
  • 1 bunch radishes, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 5 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder


Directions

  1. Combine cauliflower, green onions, and radishes in a large bowl. Whisk mayonnaise, sour cream, Parmesan cheese, and garlic powder in another bowl; fold mayonnaise mixture into vegetables. Refrigerate until chilled.
