- 1 1/2 cups apple juice
- 1 1/2 cups plain kefir (cultured milk)
- 1 large banana
- 1 1/2 cups frozen pineapple chunks
- 1/3 cup chopped pitted dates (such as Sun-Maid®)
- Combine grapes, apple juice, kefir, banana, pineapple, and dates, in this order, in a blender; blend until smooth.
