Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup whole seedless grapes
  • 1 1/2 cups apple juice
  • 1 1/2 cups plain kefir (cultured milk)
  • 1 large banana
  • 1 1/2 cups frozen pineapple chunks
  • 1/3 cup chopped pitted dates (such as Sun-Maid®)


Directions

  1. Combine grapes, apple juice, kefir, banana, pineapple, and dates, in this order, in a blender; blend until smooth.
