- 2 slices rustic Italian bread
- 4 ounces BelGioioso Fresh Mozzarella cheese, sliced
- Roasted tomatoes
- Roasted zucchini
- Roasted asparagus
- Roasted mushrooms
- Fresh basil leaves
- 2 ounces prosciutto
