- 2 radishes, finely chopped
- 1 bunch cilantro, chopped
- 3 medium tomatoes, finely chopped
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 2 pinches salt, or to taste
- 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
- 1 lemon, juiced
- In a medium bowl, combine the radishes, cilantro, tomatoes, onion, salt and red pepper flakes. Stir in lemon juice. Let stand for 15 minutes before serving to blend the flavors.
