- 1 (28 ounce) can chunky tomato sauce
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 2 teaspoons ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 pinch cayenne pepper
- 6 pounds pork spareribs, cut into serving-size pieces
- Stir tomato sauce, brown sugar, red wine vinegar, chili powder, soy sauce, cumin, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and cayenne pepper together in bowl. Place sparerib pieces into a slow cooker and pour sauce over ribs. Cook on High for 3 to 4 hours or on Low for 6 to 8 hours.
