Spicy and Cheesy Creamed Corn

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 4 (12 ounce) cans whole kernel corn, drained
  • 3 (4 ounce) cans chopped green chilies
  • 1 (4 ounce) can chopped jalapeno peppers


Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  2. Stir cream cheese, milk, butter, and garlic salt together in a saucepan over low heat. Cook, stirring frequently, until the cheese has melted completely and the sauce is smooth, about 5 minutes. Stir corn, green chilies, and jalapeno peppers into the sauce. Pour corn mixture into a baking dish.
  3. Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes.
