- 2 cups sliced strawberries
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup half and half
- 1/4 cup white sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 8 whole strawberries
- Blend sliced strawberries, sour cream, half and half, sugar, and vanilla extract in a blender until smooth. Divide soup into 8 chilled bowls. Top each with a whole strawberry.
