- 2 pounds small golden potatoes, large dice
- 1 cup (1-inch-thick) yellow onion slices
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 1 tablespoon Better Than Bouillon® Seasoned Vegetable Base
- 1 1/2 teaspoons granulated garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- Preheat grill to 400 degrees F.
- In a large bowl, mix olive oil, butter, vegetable base, garlic, paprika, potatoes and onions. Toss to coat.
- Pour mixture into an aluminum grilling pan and place directly on grill.
- Cook potatoes for 15 to 20 minutes or until fork-tender.
