Ingredients

  • 2 avocados - peeled, pitted, and mashed
  • 3 hard-boiled eggs
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon lemon pepper
  • salt to taste (optional)

  1. Mash avocado and hard-boiled eggs together in a bowl until evenly combined. Stir in lemon juice and lemon pepper. Season with salt.
