- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1 cup water
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon wheat germ
- 1 teaspoon flaxseed oil
- 1/4 cup soy milk
- Mix the oats and water and microwave on medium power for 5 minutes. Stir in the honey, wheat germ, and flax oil. Top with the soy milk.
