Ingredients

  • 2 cups water
  • 1/2 jalapeno pepper, very thinly sliced
  • 1 (3 ounce) package chicken-flavored ramen noodles
  • 2 mushrooms, thinly sliced
  • 3 wedges lime, juiced
  • 1 green onion, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon cilantro leaves
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic chile paste
  • 1/8 teaspoon sesame oil


Directions

  1. Bring water to a boil in a saucepan. Stir in jalapeno; cook for 2 minutes. Add ramen noodles with seasoning packet and mushrooms. Cook until noodles are tender, about 5 minutes.
  2. Ladle noodle mixture into a bowl; garnish with lime juice, green onion, cilantro, garlic chile paste, and sesame oil.
