Ingredients

  • 2 cups unsalted butter
  • 1 cup white sugar
  • 5 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract


Directions

  1. Cream together the butter and sugar. Add egg yolks and vanilla. Add sifted flour one half at a time.
  2. Put dough into a cookie press and press into desired shapes.
  3. Bake at 350 degrees F (180 degrees C) for 10 minutes. Do Not Brown.
