Tropical Avocado Fruit Salad with Honey-Lime Dressing

Ingredients

  • 1 ripe avocado from Mexico, peeled, pitted and diced
  • 1 mango, peeled, pitted and diced
  • 1 cup diced pineapple
  • 2 tablespoons shredded coconut
  • 1/2 (5.3 ounce) container plain non-fat Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 fresh lime, juiced and zested
  • 1 teaspoon honey


Directions

  1. Combine avocado, mango, pineapple and coconut in medium bowl.
  2. In a small bowl, stir together yogurt, lime juice and zest and honey. Pour over fruit mixture and mix gently. Serve immediately.
