Ingredients

  • 2 small cucumbers, peeled and grated
  • 1 (12 ounce) package silken tofu
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • Himalayan pink salt to taste
  • 1 pinch ground black pepper to taste


Directions

  1. Squeeze excess water from cucumber using a paper towel.
  2. Blend cucumber, tofu, dill, garlic, pink salt, and black pepper in a food processor until evenly mixed.
