- 1 cup reduced-calorie mayonnaise
- 1 cup chopped cooked shrimp meat
- 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 cup Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic salt
- 2 (12 ounce) packages sourdough English muffins, split
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil.
- Combine mayonnaise, shrimp, Cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese, and garlic salt in a large bowl. Spread mixture over 1 side of each English muffin. Arrange muffins into a 1 layer on the baking sheet.
- Bake in the preheated oven until brown and bubbly, about 20 minutes.
