Amazing Cranberry Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1 (12 ounce) package fresh cranberries
  • 1 1/4 cups dark brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup lime juice
  • 3 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons bloody mary mix (such as Bloody Amazing Island Seasoning)
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons minced shallot
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons minced garlic


Directions

  1. Combine cranberries, brown sugar, lime juice, cilantro, bloody mary mix, shallot, and garlic in a food processor; pulse until mixture has the consistency of salsa.
  2. Pour sauce into a bowl, cover with plastic wrap, and refrigerate 8 hours to overnight.
