- 1/4 cup butter
- 2 cups confectioners' sugar
- 2 tablespoons heavy cream
- 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 2 tablespoons hot water
- Heat the butter in a saucepan over low heat until golden brown, about 15 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in the confectioners' sugar, cream, and vanilla extract. Add water, mixing vigorously until smooth.
