- 1 tablespoon I Can't Believe It's Not Butter!® Spread
- 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-size pieces
- 1 (5.6 ounce) package Knorr® Rice Sides™ - Chicken flavor
- 1 cup chopped carrots
- 1 cup chopped celery
- 2 tablespoons cayenne hot sauce, or more to taste
- 2 tablespoons crumbled blue cheese
- Melt Spread in large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat and cook chicken, stirring occasionally, until chicken is thoroughly cooked, about 5 minutes. Remove chicken and set aside.
- Add 2 cups water, Knorr(R) Rice Sides(TM) - Chicken flavor, carrots and celery to same skillet and prepare according to package directions.
- Stir in chicken and hot sauce. Serve sprinkled with blue cheese and, if desired, additional chopped celery.
