- 1/2 medium head cabbage, chopped
- 2 carrots, shredded
- 1 green onion, chopped
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- salt and pepper to taste
- In a large bowl, combine the cabbage, carrots, green onion and mayonnaise. Salt and pepper to taste, toss and serve.
