- Red Smoothie:
- 1 3/4 cups soy or almond milk
- 1/2 frozen banana
- 1 cup frozen strawberries
- 1 cup frozen peach slices
- 1 cup frozen raspberries
- 2 tablespoons Aunt Sue’s® Raw & Unfiltered Honey
- Blend all ingredients together, very slowly increasing speed from low to high. Blend for 1 1/2 minutes at high.
