- 1 1/2 cups frozen mango chunks
- 1 cup Nordica 1% Cottage Cheese
- 1 cup ice cubes
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 1/2 cup cold water
- 1 small banana, cut into chunks
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon flax oil
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Place the mango, cottage cheese, ice cubes, orange juice, water, banana, honey, flax oil and vanilla in a blender. Blend for 2 minutes or until very smooth; serve immediately.
