- 2 large avocados, peeled and pitted
- 1 cup pomegranate seeds
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 1/4 cup chopped green onion
- 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
- 1 serrano chile pepper, minced (optional)
- salt and ground black pepper to taste
- Mash avocados in a bowl. Stir pomegranate seeds, cilantro, green onion, lime juice, serrano chile pepper, salt, and pepper into mashed avocado until well mixed.
