- 1 (3 pound) pork roast, fat trimmed
- 2 bay leaves
- 2 (15.5 ounce) cans cannellini beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 (16 ounce) jar medium salsa
- 1 (12 fluid ounce) can or bottle beer
- Place roast into the slow cooker; add bay leaves to bottom of slow cooker. Pour beans, salsa, and beer over and around roast.
- Cook on Low, 7 to 8 hours.
