- 1 (15.5 ounce) can yellow hominy, drained
- 1 (15.5 ounce) can white hominy, drained
- 1 (15 ounce) can black-eyed peas, drained
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1/2 cup chopped red bell pepper
- 1/2 cup chopped, seeded tomato
- 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
- 1 (8 ounce) bottle zesty Italian-style salad dressing
- Mix yellow hominy, white hominy, black-eyed peas, onion, red bell pepper, tomato, and garlic together in a bowl. Stir Italian-style dressing into the mixture. Allow to marinate in refrigerator for 3 hours.
