Quick Eggs Benny Pizza

Ingredients

  • 1 (14 ounce) package prebaked pizza crust (such as Boboli®)
  • 1/2 pound Black Forest ham, thinly sliced
  • cooking spray
  • 6 eggs
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 1 (1.25 ounce) envelope hollandaise sauce mix (such as Knorr®)
  • 2 tablespoons butter


Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  2. Place crust on a pizza pan. Layer ham on top.
  3. Place pizza in the preheated oven until warm, about 10 minutes.
  4. Spray a large skillet with cooking spray; warm over medium-high heat. Whisk eggs together in a bowl. Pour into the skillet; cook and stir until eggs are set, about 5 minutes.
  5. Remove the pizza from the oven; spread scrambled eggs on top.
  6. Whisk milk and hollandaise sauce mix together in a saucepan; add butter. Bring to a boil, stirring frequently. Reduce heat and simmer until thick, about 1 minute. Drizzle over the pizza. Cut into 8 slices.
